Interesting read and thanks for posting. Some of that won't be good for a track day rider that doesn't race and isn't planning on racing. Some of that wouldn't be good for a casual racer that has a family to support by going to work the next day.

Some of the typos are funny too i.e. "... not over breaking". Maybe that should have been in the crashing section?
