I don't care what the other side of the story is, that the deputy's lawyer is claiming but thats a 15 year old girl who can probably put up a decent scrap but not when your opponent is a cop and out weighs you by what looks like 75 pounds. I mean come on, cops suck...'nuff said!

but seriously, no matter how tough the kid may be, you dont whop someone's ass like that for talking smack and kicking a boot at you, hes a professional, that escalation of violence rule was nowhere in sight. he is wrong no matter how you cut it, or what that kid supposedly did, or said.

It'll be interesting to see what happens. Imagine if he had killed her punk ass, then what?
