Funny..that happened to me the one time I took my R6 out this year for a little spin..was on MD-100 enjoying the breeze. All of a sudden I look at the instruments and had a moment when I saw 131.
I was passing cars..but not doing 130+. I got to a stop and did a discount double check...somehow my speed had been switched to K's.

Well, poop on a stick. It wasn't him I was thinking of. Just spent some time going over all my videos from Sunday. I did see him pull out with me from the paddock several times...


But I should have known that as I lined up in the right lane, he went to the left lane. Must be that 204MPH top end speed...

One would think if you got out on track ~45 seconds before you, and you're riding a 600, and he's on a 200 MPH bike...he should have no problem lapping you??

Sad to say, he didn't pass me, and I never passed him. Bummer. We'll see where I wind up as my next duty station. If it's on the East coast...might have to try and meet up with him again so he can show me how to ride. :adore:
