If you're on an SV you should go racing next year. Sounds like your times are good. Take the N2 race school and go for it. Riding in a class with all LW bikes will be a ton fun.

Not familiar with that bike but Road A gearing should work just fine at VIR N.

No need to worry at all about the mock race. It’s good practice for a start and then just cruise around like a track day.
