You'd definitely want to do head work. Or just buy the head on ebay .... lol. I've bought hrc parts from that person before. They are asking too much for that head, but it'd save a ton of time and money ...
I ported and polished my heads, .8mm HRC spec on my track bike without the pistons, cams and valves. Just have the springs, funnels, and a few other tidbits... hit over 170 RWHP @ 12,500 RPM & 78 lbs Torque @ 11,000 RPM....
