2004 Exiss 40' All Aluminum Race Trailer with living quarters. Trailer GVWR is 14k. I can tow with my 3/4 ton with no issues. I would not try to tow this with a 1/2 ton.
Living Quarters are the front 22' and include a front queen bed, dinette, kitchen with large fridge, stove, and microwave. Bathroom has vanity, shower and toilet. Hot water is by propane. Has Propane heat. Rooftop ducted A/C. There is a bonus room in the rear part of living quarters that has a single bed. The single bed also folds up up if you would prefer to use this room for storage.
The garage is 18' long. Aluminum floor (no rotting wood to worry about). Perfect size for bikes.
Trailer has brand new wheel bearings, brake assemblies and drums. Tires are excellent.
This trailer is built much better/stronger than the typical 5th wheel toy haulers. No wood to rot, no rubber roof to deal with. If you want a trailer that will last, this is it.
Trailer is cosmetically in very good condition, but does have a few very minor cosmetic blemishes. There is a scuff on the back side of trailer, And both front corners have had the aluminum trim bumped. I did one, a prior owner did the other.
