2008 Forest River Work & Play Toyhauler

Selling my 2008 Forest River Work & Play Toyhauler. Model is WPF28RK. Everything is in working order. I had the metal roof resealed and all of the windows removed and repacked in 2016. The rear deck had a leak and the interior particle board rotted out so I removed all of the wood from the door, added additional horizontal tube steel reinforcing to the existing framing, installed hard insulation panes instead of the particle board and covered it all with marine grade ply wood. Decals are flaking off but overall exterior is in good shape. Hauler was originally a 5th wheel, but I purchased an adapter to make it a goose neck (see picture). I am sure it can easily be returned to 5th wheel if you so choose. I have towed the hauler 5-6 times per year and it spends the rest of the time here at my office. It has a 50-amp service and no on-board generator.
