I’m selling my 2008 Suzuki GSXR 600 former AMA Safety First Racing motorcycle. I bought the bike from Kevin Hanson, owner of Safety First Racing, at the end of the 2008 AMA season. The bike was Bobby Fong’s “B” race bike for the 2008 season. The motor was refreshed by Mark Junge (Vesrah Suzuki) and custom mapped on a dyno for 93 octane pump gas when I bought the bike. I rode the bike once in 2008 and then for the 2009-2011 seasons as a control rider with NESBA in the Midwest. Most days I was the “B” captain and did only a couple of “A” sessions per day. Oil was changed regularly with Motorex Power SYNT4T full synthetic oil. The bike was always stored in a climate controlled garage. I didn’t ride the bike in 2012, and I only did 3 days in 2013. I have the Certificate of Origin in hand. One set of the new Dunlop tires is mounted on the spare rims and some fairly worn Pirelli slicks are on the bike now. The bike is sprung for a 150 pound rider. I’m selling everything you see here as a package deal; however, if there are a couple of things you don’t want, please ask. This bike has always been fast and keeps up with newer 600’s and with a good drive off the corner, even the 750’s.
