This issue isn't whether they are used or not, it is getting 16.5" tires...1) they were only ever made as slicks and 2) I'm not even sure you can find many options in that size

I know Pirelli still makes them fresh. You just have to pre-order them since no one stocks them regularly.

Michelin has a lot of old stock they can sell you and I don't know about the others.

These are race-only wheels. Why are you worried about DOT vs Slick?

Vinny, Call CZ and ask..you just may need the spacers. The rear from my 05 1000 fit directly onto my 06 750's rear...just needed to use the 750's spacers.
