Does N2 provide or do a partnership for track bike rentals?

The subject line is a topic discussed here quite a few times, according to my search. But most/all of them are not that recent. And I couldn't determine if the answers applied to my situation/location.

I'm looking to do a track day on a big bike. I'm in the DC/Baltimore area and was wondering if anyone knows of a place that rents out track bikes.

I'd really like to do this. Like soon! If I could buy one that's TRULY track-inspection ready and turn around and sell it at "cost", I'd do that too.
