I find it amusing (ironic) that it appears that the bikes that put their parachut... I mean cover on, caused the problem.

"It's gonna rain on my motorcycle (which is made to go OUTSIDE), so let me put on the cover in these 35knt winds."

those idiots that put covers on their bikes caused this due to the "sail" effect. they need a punch in the esophagus for that move.
