2011 RC8RR Track Only Model:
1290 super duke cylinder and pistons rc8 head and crank, motor measures 1265. Built and tuned by Chad Wells at Commonwealth in Louisville. Currently tuned on T4 did 166/98 on Chads dyno which is conservative. Full KTM club kit installed (akra titanium exhaust, bmc air filter, thinner head gaskets, re-timed cams). The motor has about 5 tanks of gas through it as it’s primarily a Novice coaching bike, and I am too cheap to coach on T4. Yoyo slipper clutch, WSB spec transmission from HMC, last in USA left over from AMA campaign, factory pro shift star and spring. Nemesis TC/Wheelie control with on the fly adjustment. BST carbon wheels with captive spacers new sc3 rear good sc2 front. Ohlins FRGT forks and TTX shock set up and serviced by Thrermosman for 200 pounds, Ohlins steering dampener. Bar ends milled to accept woodcraft lever guards, quick turn throttle, rottweiler intake. Folding levers, light weight battery, BMC frame sliders. Safety wired for wera/ccs. This is the dedicated track model and can not be made street legal, it also has case guards, relocated parts, keyless ignition and several other things that make it different than the street going model.
Extra’s include:
Track bike can be seen at most northern N2 days, will try to post up some pics.
Both bikes have PA titles
