Late Charge

I signed up for RA today and they charged me 30 bucks late fee I bought elite membership and it said never any late fees !

Nah can only afford one day got to many bills this month and want to do both days at end of the month ! Tell greg sorry .

A good first step is sending Member Services an email or calling them on Monday. I`m sure BobO will get you the answer or correct any mistakes.

Glad you got squared away.

It looks like it was a bug in the registration system (not assigning Elite status) that affected about 3% of the people who purchased an Elite membership. The affected users have been upgraded and I'm putting some things in place that should fix it, but will be monitoring it periodically.
