Where do you go to find the 12 and 13 day forecast? Meteorologists are the highest paid bunch of idiots in the workforce! There is no way anyone will be able to predict what will happen that far in advance with any type of certainty. We are motorcycle riders and we all want perfect sunny 72 degree days. We are also a superstitious bunch and any talk of bad weather is taboo. We get our good days and we get bad ones too. If you only want good days, you better take up indoor mini moto.

I'm torn, I really like the kink, but as one of the knuckleheads who has woken up in the ER after crashing there I see some value in having the chicane.

The chicane could probably cause as many incidents as the link to be honest for the less experienced.
