Trailer Storage need in MD/DC/VA area

Looking to get some help from the community! I know there are some good ideas and recommendations out there.

I need to find storage for my 7 x 14 trailer in the DMV. I live in DC so anywhere safe with the ability for after hours drop-off would be great.

If you figure out a good solution, let me know. I'm in Arlington and hating every minute of it. The best looking option I've found is this place: https://gatewaystoragecenters.com/ They quoted me $150 a month for a 10x20 spot. But it's a little far out of the way being like 25-30 minutes south. That would add an hour on drop off and an hour on pick up every weekend unless it's on the way.

You may also want to look at renting personal garage/driveway spaces from neighbors like spacer.com
