Will this be OK for tech?

So before I buy the day and make the drive to NC bike I would like to know from a tech inspector type of this would be ok.

Is it securely fastened? Zip ties hold the world together, but just need to make sure it's solid and won't fly apart as you're hitting top speed on the straight.

Yeah it's solid I just figured I would ask around because I'd hate to get to NC bike and be S.O.L.
