This is sized as a 44 - it is slightly small for me and I am 5'-11" and 175 lbs. I also wear a knox back protector and Bohn Adventure shorts. If you are 5'-8" - 5'-10" and 160-175 you should be good. I was down once in this suit :banghead:, but it would be a great suit to start the season on - especially if you are just getting into the addiction. See pictures and hit me up if you are interested.
