I can bring it to BHF in May at the earliest, otherwise it can be picked up.
It is a 2004 R6 w/2005 motor. I bought it from an ex-CCS racer and used it last year for trackdays only, crashed at the end of fall.
It already had some new parts attached but after starting repairs I ended up not finishing. I have basically 99% of what you will need to get on a track (no bodywork, cracked speedo that works).
The good: I am swapping out w/some stock parts but as far as upgrades it will have NRC engine covers, clipons, sliders, velocity stacks, bmc air filter, traxxion dynamics forks, goodrich brake lines and vesrah brake pads
I will provide a tank w/no dents, brake cup assy, ram air tubes, seat, race fairing stay, w/e else it needs that I have.
The bad: realign handle bars w/forks as they were slammed (but they are straight, not even scratched)
Bypass error codes, codes are:
13 Intake air pressure sensor: open or short circuit detected
15 Throttle position sensor (for throttle valves): open or short circuit detected. Throttle position sensor (for throttle valves) coupler connection is loose
21 Coolant temperature sensor: open or short circuit detected
22 Air temperature sensor: open or short circuit detected
The error is NOT the ECU nor wiring harness, both were tested. My guess is fuel pump or a short on the kill switch. Other than that it is ready to go.
I just dont have the time or resources to work on it anymore, have another bike I will track so I will either sell this whole or part it out slowly, probably sitting on 3-3.5K in parts alone. I am asking 2500 or reasonable trade for a practically ready trackbike. This is a great cheap way to get into track riding especially if you are mechanically inclined.
