This is what happens when my wife asks me for input on a fundraiser for our daughter's school...
The Jefferson School is a small, 501(c)3 non-profit, independent school in lower Delaware for grades pre-K thru 8. Great organization, and we're really impressed by how well the kids do. My wife is on the fundraising committee and, well, ask me about anything and I'll circle back to my favorite sport.
NESBA was able to help us get a new, 0-mile 2011 Yamaha R1 for the raffle. After going through the approvals with the state of Delaware, we're finally able to start selling tickets. There will be no more than 1000 tickets sold. The tickets are available, $25 each or 5 for $100. The odds are good... buy 5 and that's no more than a 1 in 200 chance of winning! The drawing is November 30th - you don't need to be there to win.
