Change in direction. I bought this bike at auction thinking I'd fix it up for my son, but he's not interested so I pivoted to possibly building a track bike out of it. But I’m not going to be able to make the amount of time I want for track days.
Just changed the oil and charged the battery, it fired right up.
new rear tire (this pic is with the old tire still on it).
Damage consists of fairings, right rear set (i have this), and it needs a slip on. I have the stock bodywork that could be put back on, but it is rough. Great candidate for a track build.
I have paperwork from the auction and a salvage title signed over to me from the insurance company.
Bike is located 15 minutes south of Charlotte, NC
