The first variable is always spring rate. If your springs and sag aren't right then you're pissing in the wind. Next is rebound. Whenever I adjust rebound it seems like I'm always adding. If your springs and sag are correct then try adding a couple clicks of rebound. If it gets worse then go the other way.

Be sure to write down all your current settings so you've got a baseline to work from. If you get to the point where you're just guessing then stop and get some help from a reputable shop.

I read and watch every book and DVD I can get my hands on. The Dave Moss DVD's are the best suspension resource I've found.
