no not the underside , it's underneith the back seat

Its just the right tail piece , it's secured with other bolts but that one tab is broken . I could probably add a zip tie somewhere or ?

I would not have a problem with this. Since the tab is already broken, I would add another zip tie on the red piece as well just to be sure. What I want you to do is think about it this way. What if you are the one riding behind another member that had a similar condition and it flew off and hit you in the neck? Would you be upset or possibly really hurt? Could happen. Fix it so that there is no way it will fly off while riding.
