Honestly it doesn't look that bad at all and would say it is just a bit of rebound. Do you recall if it was better or worse early in the day? That stuff is like chasing a carrot and if you are running a stock shock/spring you won't see much difference. The valving recommendation above is good if you are running stock (I bought a spare for exactly that) and a suited spring should help. But chasing that carrot can get expensive for so-so results sometimes.
