New Track Bike

I have been searching around for a track only bike and I finally found one, I picked up a 2006 GSX-R750 with only 1200 miles for $2025. It was previously used as a track bike but evidently the previous owner laid down his a friends street bike so he had to take some parts off of this one to fix his friends bike. Now how much of that story I believe is debateable but its still one hell of a deal IMO.

I have 1 week and ahalf before the first track day of the season so hopefully I can get it ready in time. Some of the things it needs are...

Clipons (ordered)
Upper Fairing Stay(ordered)
Rear Subframe(ordered a whole subframe and battery tray)
Clutch side rearset bracket (ordered)
Steer head nut and washer (ordered)
Master Cylinder Rebuild Kit (ordered)
And the usual maintenance stuff(Oil, Plugs, Fork Oil, etc.)

I am hoping to get all the parts for around $700. So all said and done I should have a pretty solid bike for about $2750.

What do you guys think? Good deal or did I spend too much?
