So sorry to hear the bad news. Condolences to the family. Fred was a super nice guy. No arrogance, always caring and always funny. I remember his yellow skull knee pucks, him telling me about foot position and many more things. I always got a good feeling with Fred around. He took care of us. Godspeed man.

Fred was one of the very first people I met when I started riding with NESBA Midwest and attended an Intro Day. He was always a source of encouragement, good humor and someone you could always count on to tell you like it is.

He will truly be missed by many. I'm sure we'll get to ride together again when I cross the finish line...
