On a leash, yes. Most tracks are dog friendly, the only one I know of that's not is Barber.

I just saw this while looking at site:

No pets allowed. Please read our policies regarding non-licensed vehicles.

That being said, I would say just use your own discretion and cross that bridge *if* it comes.
