Sneaky, Naughty gremlin!

So, here's what I found today after taking my brake fluid cup off on a whim.

That stupid little hairline crack was covered by the hose and clamp, and never really leaked. But I believe that it was pulling the tiniest amount of air and causing my front brakes to suck.

Here's the strange part- This more than likely happened at Summit on August 4th of this year.
I have rode since then and never thought to pull this cup and see if it broke, probably because it never leaked.

So lesson learned: If anything contacts the ground in the future, pull it off, and disassemble it to check every last bit for damage.

That is very common cracking point. but air goes up and hard for it to go down the rubber tube make sure the master cylinder piston is clean dirt likes to get in there.
