I just want to pass on a great resource I found that helped me save a lot of money (that can now go to track days!). I had my 2009 ZX-6R's stock Ohlins damper rebuilt by David Behrend of Fast Bike Industries (Hendersonville, NC) for 89.95 plus shipping, and it is now the same as the race version Ohlins damper. David rebuilds the damper with new valving and uses a vacuum sealing machine while refilling it. He was great to work with and had a fast turn around.
