Mirrors taped ok for N2? I used my Shoei multitec modular for 5 or so track days ..is that OK for N2?

For any class other than the free 2 session Intro, mirrors must be removed. They might make an exception in Novice if the mirrors are the type that are molded into the upper and therefore not at all easily removable.
By modular helmet, do you mean a flip-up style, where the chin bar is hinged? If so, no. Did you use it at N2 days previously, or some other org?

Thanks for that confirmation. I ride to njmp from my home so the mirror removal is too restrictive. Two other bmw track day sponsors and absolute tech does not require mirror removal both allow my modular shoei. Oh well , no N2 for this overweight beemer!
Send an email to support@n2td.org to check about the mirrors, of they are the type that are very difficult to remove, they may work with you.
Thanks again and I did send tech for clarification. I'm not going to worry about it. I have a 40 minute ride to the track so when it's all said and done with I'm good for 2 sessions. For that it is a hassle to remove my mirrors.
