I am no expert, but I believe that it is for someone around 160lbs. (Spring is rated at 377lbs per inch or 66 N/mm. BUT, it also depends on the bike you put in on - 600, 750 or 1000. Honestly, if you buy this shock, you need to take it to an "expert" to set it up for you. And springs aren't...
