So what is the process to unregister the bike if I don't send in the plate? Call them up and let them know or send something off to them? Back in CA there used to be a form to file for non-operation, but I don't see that on the NC forms?

Ok so I can just mail the plates in and then don’t need to send in the payment for the property tax? I found the address for that so might do that onorrow. I still have insurance for the bike.
