    WTB 600cc track bike

I agree 100% and as a fellow coach once told me. "You want to learn to go fast, get a slow bike" Not that a 600 is a slow bike.

    Racesuit tailoring

Grover at Sage has done a full zipper and patches on my suit. Also patched a glove of mine. All were done at the track. I know others that had suit work and cleanings done by him too. Great guy, quality work.

    Bring back VIR days!

They all are fun. North, South, Patriot(CW and CCW and with or without the esses at the top ), Full and Grand, so you can't go wrong with any of them. Grand was fun but makes for a long lap.

    Bring back VIR days!

It's a tough track to get dates for. Every bike/car club and race series has had dates there for years and get preference on open dates, especially weekends. Only open dates are typically week days. I love VIR as much as a lot of people do so I'm with you on getting dates there too.

Summit Main - Reverse Direction - Question

Summit Jefferson, JenningsGP and some of the Pocono circuits can be run in either direction. Team Pro-Motion did NJMP Lightning counter clockwise once. It was ok but not ideal. After someone bumped the wall about 2 feet past the airfence it was never done again.

Summit Main - Reverse Direction - Question

Add in the bridge that would be at the exit of T1 in that direction.

    NCBIKE compared to CMP

Realize too that NCBIKe was built as a test track, so it has almost everything and most turns and straights are different. Bike track days started there years later. Hence why it is a great track to hone your skills on. It is still used as private test track for cars. On the curbing, Realize...

    NCBIKE compared to CMP

All tracks are just turns and pavement so nothing to be intimidated by. Find a CR to show you the line and have fun. Only track I ever found intimidating was the left at the top of Corkscrew at Laguna. My first words were "Oh Sh1t!" then I laughed and laughed each time went though it after that.

    Chest and Back Protectors

I use the Alpinestar back protector and a Bohn chest protector, has a extra pad on the chest and wraps around my ribs. Doesn't cover all my ribs but a good portion of them. I know the Forcefield stuff that Omar mentioned is good too.

    Kids at the track?

There are a lot of us that need that too.:)

Motorcycles at Carolina Speedway. Why not?

Walls are the biggest issues and you'd need a lot of air fence or blocks to cover all the walls. TPM used to used 3 sections of the blowup airfence at all the Pocono tracks (besides east and southeast) and where ever they were placed someone just missed them. Some were not hurt others weren't...

    Uwharrie Motorsports Park

There are a lot more car clubs and racing series than bikes so catering to them is normal.

    Motard Exclusion

I've rode my KLX330SM on Summit Shenandoah and Jefferson (long version on a R2R days). It was fine in the turns but even with the small track it and I were in the way on the straights. I did ride it at Sandy Hook, Maryland track, (mini bike and kart track), and it was fine there.
