Will there be any tire services (mount and balance is all I need) at NCBike this upcoming weekend?

I was at summit main the other day and my front wheel became progressively more difficult to turn while putting my warmers on. I chalked it up to sticky pistons but it kept getting much much worse. On the track I didn't notice anything odd, only while moving the bike slowly or rotating the wheel...

The Question: is there any reason to get a 600 over a decently set up SV650 other than power? The Rest: I'm currently riding a ninja 250 (yellow, very loud pipes) as my track bike. it handles great (it has lowered clipons, suspension upgrades, rearsets)and I have no complaints other than...
