Finn's right, but you do need to be in the riders meeting +/- 8:15. Please try whatever it takes to be at the track by then.

I highly recommend a Suzuki Bandit 400, Honda CB-1, or Honda Hawk GT. Old bikes but properly maintained/conditioned they're fantastic, cheap, trackable beginner bikes with low seat heights.

Surely it would be better to find a used shock off another bike that will fit. For the rest of your post I can only say "holy shit"

Checked it out on Saturday. It looks like a huge glorified parking lot that can be set up tons of ways. Has a simple pit row and a single grandstand. Looking at it makes you want a cart.

Bravo, Jefferson is kick-ass anyhow As a B and I guy I used to run a Suz Bandit 400 which topped out just under 130. The more I learned, the more I began to understand it just wasn't up to my own safety specs to be scooting down the big straights with it. That bike lived the rest of its days...
