I agree based on price if you can do the work yourself. might be worth a carfax report (or similar) to make sure it's not stolen.

As other have said. I have little sympathy for DUI since I lost my father to a drunk driver (and mom spent 4 weeks in the hospital). I never drank much but haven't had anything since that happened 17 years ago. Hope you learn from it.

I couldn't resist taking a look. I was surprised I could find airfare for only about $2500 round trip that would get me there in time for June 27. I wonder if my passport is current?. Of course then there's hotel, ground transportation, bike rental, track fees, etc........... Have fun.

I have a title for mine. But don't normally carry it. If you are concerned about it then don't buy a bike without a title. Most salvage bikes have a title if they are legit. Those that don't have a title. Buy at your own risk.

I agree with the other that buying a preped track/race bike is the way to go. I bought a salvaged SV650. No problems with the bike related to the salvage since it was mainly plastics/pegs/tank that caused it to be salvaged. But I would have been further along if I just had bought a bike...
