02 748s with spares

I hate to do this but I want something new.
I am looking for $5,000 OBO

02 Ducati 748s matte gray.
Full Termi Exhaust and matching Chip
roughly 18 k on the bike.

Comes with:
All stock bits
Numerous levers and rearsets (some stock some aftermarket)
Spare Frame with salvage title
Spare 97 engine (needs work)
Extra set of wheels
Matte black race body work including tank (in addition to stock matte grey body work)
Various plastics
Spare exhaust
undoubltely more that i'm forgeting

The engine currently on the bike is in need of repair and I live in a condo now with no shop bench to tear down the motor. This is a great Deal for a Ducati Mechanic.

Extra's that can be thrown in if we work out a deal:
Factory monoposto subframe with wiring harness
Billet clutch plate and retainers
Vortex fairing stay

I can deliever within 2 hours of chattanooga TN for cost of gas, 4 hours for cost of gas + 50 for food.

I want something sooner rather than later so somebody make an offer and we can go from there.

What needs to be repaired in the current motor? So this is a non-running bike?

Yes it is a non-running bike.

I do not have a workshop and subsequently can't say for sure what the problem is.

The last time it was run there was some additional noise coming from the casing as if something were rattling around. It did run however.

The spare engine is suffering from an oil leak into the cylinder. It's probably a seal but again I can't tear it down to be certain.
