Can't be registered for the street unless you're planning to replace the frame. I presume that makes the wiring harness question irrelevant.

Concerning registering for the street, it is my understanding that you would have to register the bike, thus paying taxes somehow. This bike has never been registered for the street. I dont understand why you would have to replace the frame?

Less hassles swapping frames than working with some states (like PA) on an MSO.

Still curious about the wiring harness.

Not sure on the wiring harness. It does have a keyless ignition.
