05 R1 Race Set Up

Im new to racing and was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction with an initial suspension setup. I have racetech fork springs 1.1kg and a rear spring of 9.8kg. I weigh 210lbs.

Any help would be awesome!

I have an '05 R1 as well and I can get you my settings when I get home. I have AK20 front forks and a Penske triple. They may not be the same as your set up, but they may help.
