08 GSX-R 600 Armour Bodies fitment

I recently purchased an Armour bodies kit for my 08 GSX-R 600. My question is how do you attach the upper fairing to the fairing stay? I am using dzus fasteners for joining the upper and lower together, was just wondering the best way to attach the upper to the fairing stay? Also what do most people use to attach the rear most part of the upper to the sides of the bike?

For the upper fairing stay near the windscreen - zip ties.

For the rear most upper, I assume you mean where the stock fairings have that little plug thing that pushes into the rubber grommet on the frame? If so, remove the rubber grommet from the frame and replace with a wellnut (home depot has them). Drill a hole in the fairings and attach with a small bolt that screws into the wellnut.
