Just put $6000 in repair and upgrades. 2004 KZ Sportster 36DS 5th wheel double axle toy hauler. Double slide (kitchen and living room), new slide motor, new heavy duty tires all around & spare, new axle bearings, new brake hub assemblies, new rear garage door, new faucets (kitchen & bathroom), full size shower, huge front bedroom with new top of the line mattress, all appliances, ice cold ducted central air system, new digital tv antenna with signal booster, large refridgerator/freezer, (2) 30# propane tanks, large garage area with new floor, (2) motorcycle chocks and plenty of tie downs, new battery, no leaks anywhere, great working condition. Carpet is a little rough as is kitchen linoleum but an easy and cheap fix.
