2004 R1 front brake issue

I bled the brakes on my R1 over a year ago. On the initial brake application the lever will give about 1/3. If I release and apply again, the lever will be perfect and never fade. At the next turn same thing happens. I've bled the master. I've bled the calipers. Can't get this to go away. Has anyone ever had this problem? What is the solution? Any suggestions?

--Put the bike up on front and rear stands.
--Apply the front brake and evaluate the feel. If it feels solid like it should, then let the bike sit for a day or two without touching anything else.
--After a day or two go out and without doing anything else to the bike apply the front brake and see if the lever feels consistent to before. If the brake pressure has changed, then you have air in the lines and in needs bled further.
--Now spin the front wheel while up on the stands.
--Apply the front brake and evaluate again. If it has changed, and needs "pumped up" again to get the feel right, you have a slightly bent/ warped rotor/s.
