Are slicks multi compound? What tires can you flip?

Mostly asking because I don't have time to search the internet for hours on end gathering info.

Wondering if sliks that racers/pro's run are multi compound.

And I was told as long as the road ain't wet, you can flip any tire. Is this true?:notsure:

slicks are all one compound as far as i know, but i would assume that a pro racer could request a multi compound slick and have it made for him.

lots of guys flip tires, and like you said, as long as its dry its fine. im not sure about ANY tire, but the majority you can
