if you sign up for 12 days and get the 15% discount and some of the days are weekend combos which carry $15 discount for 2nd day, do you get both discounts?

Nope. I was hoping the same thing last year too when calculating my budget. You get either the $15 off second day, or you by 12 or more at full cost and receive 15% off of the total purchase. F*ucking great deal! Got to love NESBA!
I read that as "just got the '09 schedule in our hands!" instantly let out a little WWAHHHOOO and went to look at the Track Dates....then had the let down of no dates being up....
