FRAMES GSXR and R6

I picked up the R6 (1999) from EvilTwin. Frame was unnumbered. My son has ideas about trying to make the bike street legal. I have a feeling your frame will not match, due to being younger. Any ideas?

Yea it wont match. Mine is 03-05. Mine could be titled but for that 99 unstamped?? You'd have to check with the DOT for that. You might be able to get a plate and rivet it as a reconstructed title? Oddly every state is different. We could do that in pa and we can get titles for untitled bikes with clean numbers.
