A few weeks ago I purchased a Brand New Arai Dark tinted Visor from henryc71. The transaction was flawless, shipped quick and it arrived on time as promised. Nothing strange there but...
Today I open it up to install on my helmet even though I'm 5 weeks away from my first track day and there were some issues with the visor. I thought right away I had been sold a damaged/defective/used visor and was super pissed to say the least.
Long story short I PM'd Henry, he replied almost immediately and we worked out a solution that was fair for both of us. The issue with the visor was unknown to him and he didn't knowingly send me a defective product and offered to go the extra mile to make it right.
Thanks Henry for restoring my faith in online purchasing and the NESBA community - if anyone is considering buying anything from Henry here as he does have listings for more parts - please rest assured he's a stand up seller with integrity.
