Control Rider
I have a few friends flying in for some track time and would like to know what to set my tires to hot and cold on my street bikes, which is what they will be using. Both bikes have updated aftermarket suspension and the rider weights are "close enough."
The bikes:
1989 Honda CB-1 (CB400F) with a Dunlop Qualifier 110-70-17 (not Q2) front and Bridgestone BT-003 RS 140/70-17 rear.
I have no record of this last time. Maybe 28 cold 32 hot front, 27 cold rear?

1999 Honda VFR800 (non V-TEC) with a pair of Dunlop Roadsmart IIs 120/180.
28/28 cold 32/32 hot on both is what I think I ran last time.
Any help outside of "buy different tires" would be great. Thanks!
