Will this suit pass tech?

Looking to get back to the track after a couple years off. Hoping to hit the Beav at the end of the month. The suit is a bit scuffed and might of been down a few times. All the seams are in tack, just concerned about the one hole on the forearm and small tear in the cloth. Is there a quick fix I can do or is it shot? It did pass with two different organizations in the same shape, but I know some are less strict than NESBA. Just curious before I book the dates. Thanks in advance.

Yeah, I'd like to send it out and have Lizzie fix it up and re-dye it eventually. Maybe I can bring it down on the 25th and if tech says yes, I can book the
26th if there's an opening and finally get back out there. Your right Lonewrench, it's a great suit. Kinda like wearing footy pajama's, it's so comfortable.
