Window Base Tablet that can and will run Bazzaz....

Tech guys and gals... I need your help finding a Tablet that I can also find a good weatherproof case for and run ."exe" files. I need a USB port and I need to be able to run Bazzaz, Power Commander, Etc... Software on the tablet.

There are a few out there, just make sure it's Windows based and NOT WinRT and the software should work fine.
