Sounds like you are planing on keeping the SV rather than going the 600 route.

I just can't bring myself to part with the old SV650. The biggest thing was when I switched bikes with Scotty at HPT. I pulled back in and was like, WOW! this thing feels so much better everywhere, i.e. corner entry, mid corner, AND exit. I was talking to Brehmer and was said 'maybe my bike just isn't setup worth a crap or something'. Five minutes later Scotty rolls in with my bike and said the front end was not confidence inspiring at all! We tweaked my rebound and compression a bit and I went out and dropped 4 seconds a lap in 2 sessions! Makes me think maybe I need to learn a bit about suspension!

Also, I think I'll be running slicks next year; hence the F3 wheels. I'm going to try the Bridgestone slicks and while they can run on a stock or 5.0" wheel, they work better and last longer on the wider wheel.

Can't wait for this weekend!
