Hey guys. I'm looking to sell or trade my GS500F. It has 51xx miles, and is in good condition. It is all stock, and has been treated well, with all fluids changed and valve clearances checked this season. It starts and runs like a new bike.
I am looking to trade for a 600cc or 750cc, plus cash if the deal is right, but would prefer a straight across trade. I'd like something that is either already street legal, or that can be made street legal without too much work (read: needs title). I dont care if its been tracked or downed, as I will likely track it myself anyway. But, I want to ride it to work as well, hence the need for a street application. Finally, I'd like the bike to be 95 or newer. Bikes I'm really looking for are SV650's, GSXR's, R6's, 600rr's, and all the typical ones you know of. Something I can wrench on and find parts for. Also, rebuilt title is okay. Salvage titles are maybe depending on the work needed.
If I sell it, I'd value it at $2500.
